Return Policy

At Threads on Main, we aim to please! We hope you love your purchase, but if not, feel free to send it back! Items are eligible for return if the garment is un-worn, un-washed, un-altered with any original tags still attached. SALE/CLEARANCE items, jewelry and accessories are FINAL SALE ONLY. No returns will be accepted on these items. 

To receive a full refund for your purchase, items must be sent back/postmarked within 7 days of delivery date according to tracking info. Items that are returned outside of this window will be received for store credit only. Anything returned after 14 days cannot be returned.

Trouble with your order? Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact customer service within 3 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order please contact our customer service at info@threadsonmain.com.

To return an item by mail, please email a return request to info@threadsonmain.com, We will respond to your email within 1-2 business days, once authorized, please mail packages to:

Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us!

Once we receive your items they will be processed within 7-10 business days at which time you will be issued a refund or store credit for the item and any applicable taxes. We will email you once your return has been processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you wish to make a SIZE EXCHANGE, please place a new order for your correct size and then send back return items to be processed for either a refund or store credit per return guidelines.

Store credit will be issued via coupon code. A code will be sent to the email provided.
